First, we’ll schedule a meeting to determine if we are a good design fit for your project. If everything aligns, we will then arrange a formal quote and timeline for the project start dates. You will have the opportunity to discuss your project directly with Ngahuia Crossman, our Creative Director, over the phone. Upon acceptance of the quote, you’ll make the deposit payment and sign our service agreement to secure your project start date.

Now is the time for us to learn more about you and your business. We will send you a branding questionnaire, and the results will be discussed in a Google Meet with our design team, focusing on your vision. As a collaborative team, we will create a mood board on Pinterest to explore your ideas and establish a design direction. We are eager to understand all the details of your services or products and your target market. We also welcome your ideas and insights!

Before we begin the design process, we prioritise thorough research surrounding your project to ensure we deliver exceptional results from the start! We will establish a formal design direction via a private link, which will include your questionnaire responses, Pinterest boards, and our market research, all combined with our finest design direction drawn from successful brand projects. This step is crucial— if the direction is accurate, we refine it before proceeding to develop your unique brand concept. .

Once your design direction is approved, we will create your distinctive brand concept and share it with you via the same private link. This presentation will encompass two concepts that are unique to themselves. Including primary and secondary logos, icons, merchandise mock-ups, vehicle designs, signage, bags, and more. We will refine this concept repeatedly until you are satisfied with the outcome. Once you give your approval, we will prepare all the necessary files, and your brand will move on to the printing phase.

You will then participate in a one-hour training session with a member from our design team over google meet (recorded) where you’ll discover how to update your Canva branding kit to align with your vision. Additionally, you will be guided in creating your own twelve templates for social media and banners for web development, ensuring you know how to use your brand effectively.

Your brand files and brand bible, also known as your style guide, will be shared with you through a Dropbox link for your unrestricted use. Your merchandise will be carefully packaged and shipped directly to your location. You’ll have both digital and print files available for items such as cards, t-shirts, business cards, and bags, all set and ready to go.
